Accepting These Terms by Registering
Creating a ReelsOn account is how you accept these terms and give them legal force between you and us. Completing the sign up form, confirming your email, and making a first deposit each count as a separate point at which the terms already apply. If a section of these terms conflicts with a promotional page, the version published here takes precedence. We recommend reading the bonus wagering section before claiming any offer, since the conditions attached to bonus funds are stricter than the conditions attached to your own deposited balance.
Bonus Wagering Rules
Every deposit bonus in the welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, and free spin winnings carry the same 40x multiplier before conversion to cash. Bets placed above $7.50 per round while a bonus is active void the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Each deposit bonus must be wagered within 5 days of being credited, and free spins must be activated within 24 hours of being issued, after which unused bonus funds or spins are forfeited. Cash bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus value on withdrawal, and free spin winnings from the welcome offer are capped separately at $300. Pokies contribute 100 percent of a wager towards the requirement. Identity Verification

Conduct We Do Not Allow
One account per person is the rule, and multi-accounting to claim a welcome bonus more than once results in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings. Bonus abuse, including strategies designed to lock in a guaranteed profit from a wagering requirement through low-variance betting patterns, is treated as a breach of these terms. Collusion between players on live tables or in tournaments is prohibited, as is the use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets on your behalf. Any of these breaches can result in account suspension and the withholding of related winnings pending investigation.
Liability and Your Deposits
Our liability to you is limited to the funds held in your account balance at the time a dispute arises. We are not liable for losses caused by your own internet connection, device failure, or a third-party payment provider delay. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 72 hours of approval, with bank transfers taking a further three business days to clear. Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full and sit outside the limits above.
Governing Law and How These Terms Change
ReelsOn is operated by Novatrix SRL under E-gaming Licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, with EGIS acting as the independent dispute resolution body for that licence. These terms are governed by the laws under which Novatrix SRL is incorporated, and any dispute not resolved directly with our support team is referred to EGIS. We do not hold an Australian gambling licence, and it remains your own responsibility to confirm that using an offshore-licensed casino is lawful in the state or territory where you are located before you register or deposit. A technical malfunction affecting a game round, including a disconnection mid-spin or a display error, voids the result of that round, and any wager involved is returned to your balance rather than settled as a win or loss. We may update these terms from time to time, and where a change materially affects your rights we notify registered players by email or through an on-site notice ahead of the change taking effect. Continued use of your account after that point counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
