Novatrix SRL holds no gambling licence issued by an Australian authority, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to the contrary. Escalating a Complaint

A complaint about your account, a bonus, or a game round should go to [email protected] first, where our team aims to resolve it directly. If the outcome is not satisfactory, the complaint can be escalated to EGIS, the independent dispute resolution body that sits alongside our Tobique Gaming Commission licence. EGIS reviews disputes that support has been unable to resolve and issues a determination based on the evidence both sides provide, including chat logs and transaction records held on our systems.
